Our family business was founded by Harvey Z. Raad, who started his Real Estate career in 1957 with Earl S. Kester Real Estate. Learning from one of the most knowledgeable and prominent Real Estate Brokers in the Lehigh Valley and the State of Pennsylvania, Harvey became a Broker and established our real estate office in 1962. A well-respected REALTOR who specialized in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, he became a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and Allentown Board of REALTORS (now known as the Greater Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS). His honesty, high standard of ethics, and moral values are the foundation of our real estate office and are a tribute to his legacy.

As a second-generation REALTOR, son George E. Raad became licensed in 1972 and received his Broker’s license in 1984. Through his many relationships and affiliations over the years, he has kept the business progressing through the many changes that the real estate industry and profession have endured. Our family business has greatly expanded since 1962, primarily due to the hard work ethic that was taught by Harvey and Ruth Raad. These principles continue today through the involvement of 3rd generation grandsons, Christopher and Gregory, along with our family of Real Estate associates that share the same vision and goals.
